MEET THE LIBRARIAN

 

Hello!! I am the Librarian here at Alexander Elementary.  This is my 16th year in education and my 4th as a Librarian. I taught Math for 12 years and as the level of rigor rose I saw the literacy gap widen. As a librarian, I have the opportunity to support reading across the content areas while increasing the freedom to read. Librarians champion the right to access information for all people. I look forward to helping increase literacy and a LOVE for reading at Alexander Elementary. At Alexander Elementary "We Are Teaming Up For Success!"
